BLACK FRIDAY TERMS & CONDITIONS (ADDENDUM)

Thames Luxury Charters - Black Friday Add-On Terms (Q1 2026 Promotion)
Valid for events booked between 13 November - 31 December 2025
Applicable for events held 1 January - 31 March 2026

This Black Friday promotional offer (“the Offer”) is an addendum to, and must be read in conjunction with, the full Thames Luxury Charters Booking Form Terms & Conditions (“Standard Terms”). All bookings made under this Offer remain subject to the Standard Terms, available upon request and viewable at thamesluxurycharters.co.uk.

In the event of any conflict between this addendum and the Standard Terms, the Standard Terms shall prevail, except where this addendum introduces a temporary promotional variation.

1. PROMOTIONAL SCOPE

1.1 This Offer is valid exclusively for new bookings made between 13 November 2025 and 31 December 2025 (“Booking Window”), for private or corporate events to be held between 1 January and 31 March 2026 (“Event Period”).

1.2 All charters under this Offer are fixed at four (4) hours in duration and are primarily for the Elizabethan vessel, unless otherwise stated.

1.3 This Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or negotiated rate, unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. FOUR-PILLAR OFFER STRUCTURE

Clients may redeem only one (1) of the following offers at time of booking. Selection must be confirmed in writing at the point of deposit payment:

2.1 Pillar 1 – Choose One Incentive

Clients may select one of the following:

  • (a) Complimentary arrival drink – one beer or glass of bubbly per guest (max 300 guests, subject to availability);
  • (b) 40% discount on Elizabethan hire for a 4-hour charter;
  • (c) Complimentary entertainment package – choice of DJ, live singer, or photo booth (subject to availability).

2.2 Pillar 2 – Midweek Fixed Rate (Elizabethan)

  • A fixed rate of £2,000 incl. VAT for a 4-hour Elizabethan charter on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday during the Event Period.
  • Applies to both day and evening events.
  • Subject to vessel availability at time of enquiry.

2.3 Pillar 3 – Small Group Upgrade

  • For events with 75 guests or fewer, the client may book the Elizabethan at the Edwardian 4-hour hire rate, as published at the time of booking.
  • Valid for any day of the week during the Event Period.
  • Upgrade subject to capacity and TLC approval.

2.4 Pillar 4 – Dixie Queen Wildcard Offer

  • For high-guest-count or large-scale events, a bespoke Black Friday rate will be offered for the Dixie Queen, including the Tower Bridge lift.
  • Rates are tailored and subject to capacity, date, and service availability.
  • All rates must be confirmed in writing by TLC and do not constitute a contractual commitment unless included in the signed Booking Form.

3. ELIGIBILITY & EXCLUSIONS

3.1 This Offer is valid for new event bookings only. It cannot be applied retrospectively to existing or confirmed bookings.
3.2 This Offer is not valid for public ticketed events or guest counts exceeding 300 for the arrival drink incentive.
3.3 Only one promotional pillar may be redeemed per booking. No stacking or substitutions permitted.
3.4 Offers are subject to availability at time of booking. TLC reserves the right to withdraw or modify elements at any time prior to confirmation.

4. CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

4.1 All bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit based on the estimated event cost to secure the date.
4.2 The remaining balance is due one calendar month prior to the event date.
4.3 Confirmation of the selected promotional pillar must be made in writing at the point of deposit payment and noted on the signed Booking Form.

5. CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS

5.1 Cancellation terms follow those outlined in Clause 5 of the TLC Standard Terms:

  • More than 42 days before the event: deposit retained
  • 42 days or fewer: 100% of event charges retained

5.2 Changes to the event date, vessel, guest count or services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. FORCE MAJEURE & COMPANY RIGHTS

6.1 Thames Luxury Charters reserves the right to amend, substitute, or withdraw the Offer in whole or in part at its discretion in the event of operational, legal, or commercial circumstances beyond its control.

6.2 In line with the Booking Form Terms, TLC is not liable for indirect, reputational, consequential, or third-party losses incurred as a result of cancellation or rescheduling.

7. GENERAL

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7.2 Use of the Offer constitutes acceptance of these add-on Terms and the full Thames Luxury Charters Booking Form Terms.
